Shipping policy

Shipping:

Shipping cost for orders up to 499 PLN is 20 PLN. We offer free shippings for orders over 499 PLN. 

Shipping takes usually 1-3 business days once it leaves our warehouse. 

You will receive an email with shipping details once your order is with the courier.

We use DHL courier in all EU, UK, and USA territories.

We also use InPost in Poland territory. Your goods can be shipped both to the InPost box or directly to your address.

In Poland territory you can also choose pay at delivery option which cost 20 PLN

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer waiting times. Femssy cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of the brand.

We offer worldwide shipping, but costs outside the EU may vary and are applied individually, it will appear in your checkout automatically depending on shipping destination.

Taxes and duties:

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities. 

For orders placed in PLN or EUR outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

Refused delivery:

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order before shipment.
